A breast augmentation using a saline implant has given her a much im- proved breast size. She is now a size "C". She also looks and feels much better about herself. This 34-year old woman was unhappy with some sagging and breast size reduction that occurred following pregnancy and breast feeding. She received an augmentation mammaplasty and an uplift (mastopexy) in order to improve both the size and shape of her breast. Note that the scar around the nipple /areola area is unnoticeable.
